These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FreeGF website at freegf-ai-sweet.com and any related services (together, “FreeGF”). By using FreeGF you agree to be bound by these Terms.

When using FreeGF you agree not to: (a) attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, scrape or disrupt FreeGF; (b) impersonate another person; (c) use FreeGF to send illegal, harmful, harassing or deceptive content; (d) attempt to bypass safety filters of FreeGF AI models; (e) use FreeGF to generate content involving minors or other prohibited categories.
7. AI content disclaimer
Messages produced by FreeGF AI models are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, fictional or unexpected. FreeGF is for entertainment, social and emotional support only and does not replace professional advice (medical, legal, psychological or financial).
8. User content
You retain ownership of the messages you send on FreeGF. By sending messages to FreeGF, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process them in order to deliver the AI girlfriend chat experience and improve FreeGF.
9. Intellectual property
FreeGF, the FreeGF name, the FreeGF logo, the AI model identities, all illustrations, copy and code are the property of FreeGF or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute or commercialize FreeGF assets without written permission.
10. Privacy
Your use of FreeGF is also governed by the FreeGF Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we protect it.
11. Cookies
